Christmas Eve #BeachTrash Report: Saturday, Dec. 24, 2016





Dateline: Santa Monica Beach south of the Santa Monica Pier.... late morning, Saturday, December 24, 2016, stroll along the water's edge revealed a great deal of #beachtrash uncollected by the City of Santa Monica. No surprise there given the photos we've posted for many months now which illustrate how little effort is undertaken by the City of Santa Monica to collect and/or dispose of #beachtrash along the water's edge, including in front of local luxury hotels like Le Merigot Marriott, Shutters, and Casa Del Mar.  The continuing failure to regularly clean up the #beachtrash along the water's edge by the City of Santa Monica continues to represent a health and safety hazard for the general public.

One thing is for certain, the beach along the water's edge and below the berm in Santa Monica is GENUINELY filthy!...
