Thursday, April 6, 2017 at approx. 4:15 pm, as part of our audit of the #beachtrash on Santa Monica State Beach, I observed a soiled and discarded diaper right smack dab next to the world famous Santa Monica Pier and only a few feet away from families and children and other beach patrons. Here are two photos of said soiled diaper:
Stay tuned because no one from the City of Santa Monica bothered to pick it up and dispose of it properly on April 6th...
