Friday, April 7, 2017 at approx. 5:40 pm, as part of our audit of
the #beachtrash on Santa Monica State Beach, I observed the very same soiled and
discarded diaper from yesterday right smack dab next to the world famous Santa Monica
Pier and only a few feet away from families and children and other beach
patrons.
Here are two photos of said soiled diaper now on Day 2 at the beach and still uncollected and/or otherwise disposed of by the City of Santa Monica:
So how many more days will beach patrons have to share the beach with this used and soiled diaper which no doubt is a threat to the public health and safety?...
